Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: Allow 1-4 business days for your order to process.
Delivery Time: Allow 2-5 days for your package to arrive once shipped. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays.
How do I track my order?
Your order confirmation email will include a tracking number. You can also follow these steps.
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to "My Orders"
- Select the order you want to track
- Click on "Track Order" to view its current status
Returns
Can I return my item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, changes or refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order immediately.
If there's an issue or damage with my order can I return it?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving your package if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and best accommodate a solution. If there is a damage to your order or package please contact USPS to file a claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at gordiescreations@gmail.com if you would like to cancel. After the allowed time frame we will not process your cancellation request.

Can I add items to my order after it's been placed?
If you would like to add on any additional items to an existing order, please contact us at gordiescreations@gmail.comas soon as possible. We will make every effort to fulfill your request however, once an order has been processed, we may be unable to make changes.
How long do I have to pick up my order in person?
Ideally we prefer you pick up your order within a week but we can hold your order for as long as you'd like.
