Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order immediately.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving your package if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and best accommodate a solution. If there is a damage to your order or package please contact USPS to file a claim.

 

Modifications

If you would like to add on any additional items to an existing order, please contact us at gordiescreations@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fulfill your request however, once an order has been processed, we may be unable to make changes.

 

Cancellations

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at  gordiescreations@gmail.com if you would like to cancel. After the allowed time frame we will not process your cancellation request. Please note some orders are packed and shipped within the 24 hours; therefore not all cancellations will be accepted.
